I created it for those with tokophobia, and that means that it will be useful for ANYONE with fears around pregnancy or birth.

Tokophobia is the extreme fear of pregnancy or birth.

Many people thinks it’s simply a ‘fear of birth’ or a fear or pregnancy’. In fact, it is the culmination of lots of fears and internal conflicts that are triggered by the thought of pregnancy and birth. This is what makes it so tricky for people to overcome.

The secret to overcoming tokophobia is to unravel all of these individual fears and conflicts, and then clear them one-by-one. This is what I do with my clients it is what I’ve been doing for the last 7 years. During that time, I’ve come to know tokophobia intimately. I had it myself so when I say that, I mean it.

I wanted to come up with a way for those who suffer from tokophobia to address it without the need of a therapist.

So I reviewed all my tokophobia client notes for the last few years and identified the MOST COMMON fears and conflicts that we worked on clearing together. During that time I would add big asterisks to the the things that, once cleared, created the most impact for them, so I know which are the ones that will make a difference.

This helped me to pull together one big definitive list of clearances for those suffering from tokophobia, or the strong fears around pregnancy and birth.

Of course there will always be some things that you will need to clear that are unique to you and I’m afraid unless I speak to you personally these will be tricky for me to identify.
