Talk It Through
Talk your birth preferences through instead of filling in a form. It asks the questions, writes up your plan A, B and C, flags anything worth looking at as a fear, and prints for your midwife or doula.

Guided audio clearances led by Alexia Leachman, using Head Trash Clearance, the method she's developed over 17 years of practice. No reading and no decisions about what to do next. Each track runs for around 40 minutes, and you can come back to it as often as you need.
For when pregnancy itself is the thing that scares you.
A good place to start if your fear of birth feels general rather than specific.
For the fear of how much birth will hurt, and whether you'll cope.
For the fear of not being listened to, or of not being in charge of what happens.
For the fear of feeling exposed or judged during birth.
Start with Childbirth & Labour. If one fear feels much bigger than the rest, start there instead.
Scared of something that's still ahead? Start with a Fear Clearance track. Still carrying something that already happened? A Wound Healing kit is the place to start.
For when a pregnancy, a birth or an abortion left a mark that hasn't settled. Each kit is a complete, self-paced healing process for one wound: a journal, a short introductory video, a guide to read, and a 25 to 30 minute healing activation audio led by Alexia. It works with the imprint the experience left behind, not the details of what happened, so you don't need to relive anything or tell your story to anyone.
For when a past pregnancy, yours or one passed down the line, left a wound that hasn't yet healed.
When the birth itself left a wound, through intervention, loss of control, pain or feeling unheard.
Grief, relief, guilt, numbness, sometimes all at once. Whatever you felt then, and whatever you feel now, is valid. This meets the wound gently, without judgement.
Once you've done a healing activation, give it room to settle. Deep healing can take a few weeks to find its place. These tracks aren't therapy and they aren't a substitute for clinical mental health care. If you're struggling, please talk to your doctor, and if you're in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
