Reflective Repatterning is a powerful technique from the field of Energy Psychology for neutralising our negative thoughts, feelings, emotions and limiting beliefs, thereby offering us more freedom, choice and flexibility in how we think, feel and behave.
It’s reflective because it requires that we take a good look at ourselves and reflect on who we are and how we behave. Reflective also hints at its acknowledgment of the significance the law of opposites (polarity) plays in our emotions, values and beliefs.
Repatterning refers to its remarkable ability to repattern our thoughts and behaviours.
